Throughout the late 90s Madhuri
Dixit dominated Indian film industry
with her versatile acting. She
happened to be one of the most
paid actresses at that time. She
has got the most number of hits
as an actress. She made her debut
in film industry through “Abodh”
in 1986. In the 90’s Anil Kapoor-
Madhuri Dixit couple was the
most famous one in the Bolly
wood Industry. Madhuri Dixit
was born in 1967 Mumbai to
Sankar and Snehalatha Dixit
.She has two elder sisters and
one elder brother.
Madhuri’s first break came in
the film “Tezaab” in which she
acted opposite to Anil Kapoor
which became a huge hit. In the
next year she got three major hits “
Ram Lakhan” and “Parinda”
with Anil Kapoor and “Tridev”
with Jackie Shroff. In 1990 the
actress won the Filmfare Award for
the Best Actress for the film “Dil”.
In 1991 another blockbuster was
there for her “Saajan” in which sh
e acted with two heroes Salman Khan
and Sajay Dutt. In 1992 she got
another Filmfare award for Best
Actress for her performance in “
Beta” which she did with Anil Kapoor.
In 1993 her block buster movie was
Khalnayak with costarring Sanjay Dutt
